AAFT & ICMEI hosted an interactive session with Ranveer Brar who is a well-known Indian Celebrity Chef & Food Stylist and has hosted various cookery shows on Television. He talked about his journey with the students through which they got an opportunity to imbibe industry relevant skills. They also learnt knowledge of preparing various cuisines, implementing hygiene and safety measures, food presentation, etc. which would ultimately help them to ace career in this field.
